Who we are?
RK Statistics Ltd is a limited company, based in the United Kingdom under Registered in England & Wales No. 6934610. Richard Kay provides consultancy and training / Online training services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries under the banner of his company RK Statistics Ltd. Dr Kay has over 30 years’ experience working in the Industry, providing statistical consultancy, training in statistics to statisticians and non-statisticians and as a member of IDMCs and DSMBs in conjunction with individual clinical trials of and trial programmes.
What information do we collect about you?
In general, you may visit this website without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. The information we collect via our website is automatically stored within our website and is not accessible by any individuals publicly.
Information you give to us
Information we might collect includes your full name, address, telephone number, email address, current employment status, etc. Much of this is also to remember your contact details on the RK Statistics website for ease of future use.

You have the right to have your information removed from RK STATISTICS Learning portal website and databases at any time. We do not share your Personal Information outside of the RK Statistics Ltd. It is used for no other purpose nor is it shared with third party vendors or entities. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, we will keep your Personal Information and your Financial Information private and will not share it with third parties. However, we reserve the right to release information about visitors, including Personal Information and Financial Information, when release is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property or safety of this website, the public or our company. RK STATISTICS is the sole owner of the information collected via our website. We will never sell, share, or rent this information to others. RK STATISTICS may collect information from our users at several different points on our website. But you can create your own profile on the RK STATISTICS website using the ‘Register’ button on the website. This allows you to save information that you are happy for RK STATISTICS to keep about you on your behalf.
Our Customer Support Staff also have access to this information, including web forms and participant course enrollment information. We reserve the right to use this information as otherwise permitted in this Privacy Policy or in our Terms of Service Agreement.

Security and SSL encryption
We use SSL encryption technology on all portions of our website that accept user’s personal information.
RK Statistics Ltd Does NOT store any credit card information in the Learning Management System website portal.
RK Statistics Ltd transmits the SSL encrypted data to the third party Payment Gateway i.e. PayZone UK (https://www.payzone.co.uk/ ) which further collects the Business to Consumer credit card details to process the transaction.
At RK STATISTICS we undergo regular internal training on ensuring all data held within RK STATISTICS offices is secure. All our systems are secure and inaccessible without the right credentials which are managed internally by the IT Department.
Notification of Changes
The RK Statistics Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this privacy policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the website. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
